The Post-Assessment Coaching & Development Planning aims to bring out the greatest improvement among your people after they went through a test or an Assessment/Development Center. Based on the assessment results, atrain’s coaches will help individual coachees to gain insights into their strengths and areas of development and assist them in their creation of actionable development plans.
Internal Coach/Mentor Skill-building Program
The Internal Coach/Mentor Skill-building Program prepares managers in your organization to become competent coaches or mentors. The program involves a Coaching Training which certifies managers to be internal coaches and a consultation session which supports and follows up the managers’ coaching progress. atrain’s coaching approach will focus on both fundamental coaching techniques and long-term coach-coachee relationship building skills.
