Timothy Carey, Ph.D.
Tim is the Managing Director of atrain (Hong Kong) Ltd., a member of the atrain Group. He has almost 20 years of experience in assessment, coaching and consulting in North America, Asia and the Middle East. He specializes in assessment and development, and has delivered integrated leadership programs and management trainings across the globe. He is also a lecturer in the Department of Psychology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong for their Industrial/Organizational Psychology Masters program.
Grace Lau, MSc.
Grace is a Consultant at atrain (Hong Kong) Ltd. and a Content Leader of the atrain Group. She is an accredited Organizational Psychologist and Reward Management Specialist. She has provided consulting services to clients in the UK, Europe and APAC. She is passionate about applying psychology to cultivate a productive, lively and fair workplace. Her expertise is in devising holistic talent management programs that are both effective and engaging. She has also published research and articles in professional journals.
Thomas Yeung, MSc.
Thomas is a Consultant and one of the founding members of atrain (Hong Kong) Ltd. He is also a Key Account Manager for clients in Europe and APAC. As a certified Organizational Psychologist and Reward Management Specialist, he has years of experience in engineering and facilitating both regional and global talent development programs for businesses worldwide. His enthusiasm in unleashing people's potential has led him to specialize in leadership development, such as development centers and trainings.
Joachim Stempfle, Ph.D.
Joachim, based in Germany, founded atrain GmbH in Germany in 2002 and chairs the atrain Group. He has 17 years of experience as a consultant, helping businesses to improve bottom-line results through optimizing their human resources and talent development strategies. He is a professional facilitator of executive-level focus groups, and has engineered and implemented global strategic leadership development programs. He has also published in international psychology journals.
Chad Luxenburg, MA
Chad, based in the US, is the Managing Director of Scitrain (United States) Ltd., a member of the atrain Group. He has 17 years of experience in organizational development and consulting in the United States and in Europe. Being an expert in organizational behaviors, he has managed and facilitated company-wide training programs, succession planning projects and leadership development initiatives. He is also an executive coach, counseling managers to sharpen their people management skills.
